'BT Talk Time Solo' Terms & Conditions

Prices are per month and exclude VAT. 24-month contract applies. Inclusive minutes are per connection per month and cannot be shared. They apply to UK fixed lines, starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), other UK mobile users in the UK, and voicemail. Once you have used all of your inclusive minutes, calls are then charged at standard BT Mobile rates. Inclusive UK texts are per month and apply to any UK mobile and exclude texts outside of the UK, MMS and premium rate numbers. Data allowance is per connection, per month and cannot be shared. Applies to data received in UK. Usage in excess of contract charged at £2 per MB. Unlimited Wi-fi minutes available with BT Wi-fi, BT FON and BT Openzone across the UK or FON access points outside of the UK with all Android customer contracts only. All handsets are available to buy on any higher tier.

  1. This applies to voice roaming only for charges on data roaming visit www.bt.com/pricing. Available on a 24 month contract only and for 5 or more connections.
  2. Calls between BT mobiles apply to voice calls between your BT mobiles, to other BT mobile users in the UK (where both the caller and the recipient are using a BT SIM Card).
  3. Maximum 50,000 lines. From your BT Mobile (when using a BT SIM Card) to a maximum of 10 UK fixed business line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) that you have with BT and which you nominate.
  4. Reasonable use policy applies to Voicemail retrieval in the UK and excludes roaming.
  5. Data allowance of 10Mb per handset in the UK excludes roaming.
  6. 3000 Text usage apply to SMS sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate SMS.
